🤯🏒 Unbelievable 12U B1 Marathon Playoff! 🏒🤯

This is not a drill! An incredible youth hockey playoff game between our Saints 12U B1 team and Cottage Grove has turned into an epic, multi-day endurance test! Starting Monday night, these tenacious teams played through regulation and six overtimes, suspended at 1-1. They resumed Tuesday, grinding through four more OTs, and guess what? Still tied!

Now, they'll convene for a third day, tonight at Doug Woog Arena in South St. Paul, to play the 11th (and potentially more!) overtime period. That's 13 periods of hockey so far – equivalent to over four typical games and nearly four-and-a-half hours of intense action! These amazing athletes are showing incredible grit and determination, with a combined 135 saves by the goalies! 🧤

What an absolutely legendary battle to continue on in the District 8 playoffs! ✨ Let's go, Saints! Whatever the outcome, you've shown your grit and determination and we couldn't be more proud of you!
