Important Reminders for a Smooth Evaluation Process:
Pool Assignments: Your player must always skate with their assigned pool. Please note that your player's pool assignment may change from session to session. Always check your Crossbar Family Calendar for the most up-to-date information before each session.
Arrival Time: Please have your player arrive 45 minutes prior to their first evaluation session to allow ample time for check-in and to receive their evaluation bib.
If Your Player Will Miss a Session: If your player will miss any evaluation sessions, please contact Ben Young, WSPHA Girls Director or Kevin Dolan, SPCHA Girls VP as soon as possible, and before the scheduled session. Absences will be handled in accordance with our Evaluation and Team Selection Policy.
Opting Out of Evaluations: Players may choose to opt out of evaluations by contacting Ben Young, WSPHA Girls Director or Kevin Dolan, SPCHA Girls VP. Players who opt out will be placed on the lowest team at their respective age level. Opting out is not the same as having to miss evaluations due to illness, injury, or other reasonable cause.
