ACE (Association Coaching Education)
 

ACE (Association Coaching Education) Coordinators are important to every youth hockey organiztion.  They are trained to provide skills enhancement to not only players, but also coaches and parents.  ACE Coordinators are responsible for planning and developing training programs and clinics for coaches, parents and players.  This position will also act as a knowledge center for the three groups and as a communication link between USA Hockey and the Central Wisconsin Saints Hockey Association.  The Central Wisconsin Saints Hockey Association ACE Coordinator is Mike Stanaway. Mike has many years of coaching experience and has played hockey at the collegiate level. He is very active in the Central Wisconsin Saints Hockey Association as Head Coach for the Central Wisconsin Saints Junior B team and assists in practices for our Midget team. It is a USA Hockey requirement to name an ACE Coordinator to an organization (Bylaw 3-N).  All named ACE Coordinators will have access to the USA Hockey supplemental information for ACE Coordinators, which includes eduactional handouts and presentations.
