Online Registration for Central Wisconsin Saints Hockey Programs

Online Registration for all CWSHA programs will open shortly. For the 2009-2010 season all players and coaches must register first with USA Hockey and then with Central Wisconsin Saints Hockey Association. There is no longer a paper registration form to complete but we will still have registration dates to help those register online for the first time. During the registration process you will be able to pay by credit card or by check. If paying by check please print the registration page you complete online and return it with your check.

NOTE: Players must be registered with USA Hockey before they can skate with their team in practices or games. Players and coaches will not be listed on their team website or USA Hockey rosters until they have completed registration with CWSHA.

Fourth of July Parade

A great marketing tool for us is our entry into the Riverfront Rendezvous Fourth of July Parade. We have handed out thousands of flyers and given away thousands of candy bars. If you are staying home the Fourth of July weekend, we can sure use your help. All players bring your rollerblades and smiles on your face. We will provide Saints jerseys to be worn while you pass out candy and flyers to all the kids. We can especially use all girls playing hockey so we continue to build our girls program. Please contact with questions and let him know if you can make the parade so he has enough candy and jerseys. Go Saints!!!!!

Purpose of the CWSHA website.

During the first few months using the website there will be growing pains and a learning curve in using all the features. I think that this will be a fantastic communication tool that will be used by all Board members and committee directors; but the most important component to the success of this website as a communication tool will be association members using all the functions available and providing input and feedback. Over the next few weeks and months you may be asked to demo some of the functions of the website as a test run prior to the season starting. My goal is to have this communication tool as a portal to the success of our hockey youth and make all our lives easier in our hectic and busy schedules.

New Web-Based Communications System

CWSHA today began testing a whole new club management and communications system that should revolutionize the way we run our club.  Highlights include the following features:

  • Club news and information pages.
  • Home pages for all teams.
  • Online schedules for individual teams in a variety of formats, including a multi-team schedule for families.
  • Email notifications of schedule changes.
  • Game results and player statistics.
  • Online member database.
  • Customizable, online registration system.
  • Team Rosters.
  • Blast emails to select groups of members.

CWSHA will be testing these new features over the next 90 days to evaluate the many ways the club and its members can benefit.
